The diet is a “strict” diet aimed at losing weight and cleansing the body at the cellular level, in which you cannot eat any solid foods.

The goal of a diet is to reduce the load on the digestive system without significantly reducing the intake of nutrients, vitamins and microelements into the body.

The diet menu can be adapted to taste preferences, regardless of age, gender and excess weight, choosing from the following liquids:

  • Kissels and compotesfrom fruits, berries, oatmeal jelly.Free from sugar, sweeteners, starch and jelly;
  • Waternecessarily.Regardless of the diet menu, you need to drink 1.5 liters of clean, still water daily.

It is prohibited to add sugar and sweeteners, even natural ones, to drinks from the diet menu.Alcohol, packaged juices, spicy and pungent seasonings, any vegetable oil, dairy products containing more than 2% fat, and fatty broths are excluded.Salt in small quantities can be used when preparing liquid puree soups.

It is advisable to include liquid vegetable puree soup in your diet menu every day (at least once).Recommended recipes for simple vegetable soups:

In the drinking diet menu, any other options for preparing pureed soups are possible, taking into account personal taste preferences and the restrictions described above.

7 day diet

Following a diet for 7 days helps cleanse the body of toxins and waste without exhausting it or exposing it to significant stress.According to reviews, the result of the diet will be 4-7 kg of lost weight in 7 days.

The 7-day diet can be based on a single liquid product (mashed soup, broth, kefir, jelly and others) - a mono-diet.But it is more useful to alternate days, consuming different liquids, which will further provide the body with the necessary nutrients and diversify the weekly menu.
